For outbound contact list management specifically, Genesys Cloud continues to evolve its native APIs and tooling (such as the Contact List Builder). AppFoundry solutions in this space are generally intended to complement these capabilities, particularly for more advanced automation or integration scenarios.

I see that there are some App Foundry items that would help with customer integration and automating their Outbound Contact List imports. Are there cases where the functionality in the App Foundry applications become standard features rolled into Genesys Cloud CX? Especially since they are Genesys Apps already in the App Foundry.
