    I am trying to view some of Agent chat metrics of Pulse application in real time.The metrics is to view..... 

    1.Pending chats for each agents.

    2.Interaction handled for agents.

    3.Current agent chat status(Active/Pending).

    I want to view this through realtime metrics.Is there any metrics in Agent chat  to achieve this,or please give me any other way to view this.

    If Metric customization is possible in Genesys Pulse please give me a way to do it.
