Hi,

I would like to receive unsolicited events when CTI events occur. I'm thinking on the approach of webhook url.

I'm stuck on how to register this webhook url in the genesys Engage lab platform. Kindly guide me on this.

There is no webhook option/capability within Genesys Engage solution. If you need something like that, you have to invent it by yourself.
