Is there a way to subscribe to agent CTI events on the server side (subscribe on behalf of a list oc Agents) rather then using the Service Client API and the genesys.wwe.service.subscribe method to capture events?

The benefit being it would be easier to subscribe on behalf of a subset of agents for specific events, and not experience the unpredictability of client side implementations.

As per my response to my previous post though, it is simple enough to limit to subset of a specific group of agents using agent group annex configuration.  Even if the embedded web customisation is made available to all users, you can still check for the presence of any other custom option on agent/agent group to see if your application will take any action.
