Is there a way to turn off the thumbs up and down options, that show on the chat bot?

You can do this through the custom CSS field in the widget customisation by adding the following:

.conversation-feedback__thumbs {
    display: none;
}

Just remember that you'll need to add this to all widget customisations that you have set up.
