You'll need a SIP trunk between your Engage and Genesys Cloud, with UUI enabled.
From Engage, send the data using UUI during the transfer.
When the call arrives in Genesys Cloud, you can read it in Architect using Call.UUIData and use it in your flow.

Hi All,
I wanted some advice on how I could transfer a call with some data from GVP connected to sip server in an engage environment (call arrived in GVP and after some IVR interaction we deem it must be transferred with data to a new GC environment) to agents on GC. How can this ben done?
Also, how can we send the attached data with it?
