  • 1.  Two step refer with an external number

    Hello everyone,

    I need your help :

    We try to implement the two-step transfer for a precise scenario:

    - an advisor and client are online
    - Advisor transfers client to external number
    - The advisor then reaches the client on this number

    We have tried several configurations of our trunk but it does not work..
    The options on our trunk are currently as follows:

    If anyone has an idea that would be great!

    Hi,

    The problem is visible in the sip traces where I have an error 481 call Leg/Transaction does not exist followed by an error 500

    No attachment visible here. You also did not mention from which side you get the SIP 481. Would be great to more explain your issue if you need any further help or assistance. Two-step transfer to external number does not require any special configuration on Genesys site usually - it might be some special setup in your case which makes the scenario tricky.
