I'm currently facing an issue while trying to add the Genesys Enhanced TTS Connector from my profile.
Previously, I was able to view the cost details and add the subscription for my customers without any issues. However, now I'm unable to see the option or proceed with adding the connector.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue recently, or is there any change in permissions or process that I might have missed?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
