  • 1.  Unable to add genesys enhanced tts connecttor from my profile

    I'm currently facing an issue while trying to add the Genesys Enhanced TTS Connector from my profile.

    Previously, I was able to view the cost details and add the subscription for my customers without any issues. However, now I'm unable to see the option or proceed with adding the connector.

    Has anyone experienced a similar issue recently, or is there any change in permissions or process that I might have missed?

    Any guidance would be appreciated.

    @Vaun, 

    Please share the process for creating a reseller list.

    I am new to Genesys and am currently working from the partner side. We have an organization that is connected to our customer organizations, and I would like to enable this functionality for one of our customer organizations.

    Previously, I was able to view the pricing for each app and also add additional subscriptions for my customers. However, I am currently unable to see the pricing or add new subscriptions.

    Could you please confirm if there are any additional steps, permissions, or prerequisites that I might be missing?

    Hi !!

    This happened to me once with a partner, and the problem was that they were trying to install it with a role that didn't have reseller permissions. Once the role was updated, the connector could be installed.
