Please share the process for creating a reseller list.
I am new to Genesys and am currently working from the partner side. We have an organization that is connected to our customer organizations, and I would like to enable this functionality for one of our customer organizations.
Previously, I was able to view the pricing for each app and also add additional subscriptions for my customers. However, I am currently unable to see the pricing or add new subscriptions.
Could you please confirm if there are any additional steps, permissions, or prerequisites that I might be missing?
