We are also facing similar issue for Inbound calls. In Genesys Cloud interactions report page 'ANI' column is displayed as "SIP Device" and 'Remote' column is displayed as "WIRELESS CALLER". While checking logs SIP header has From as "Aanonymous@80.231.xxx.xx"
Any insights on this will be much appreciated.
