Hi all,

What kind of reporting options are available for an engage platform running Predictive Routing?

It feeds into ICON/Infomart correct?

Can we just run normal reports from this data or do we need to do something different?

Do we require GCXI or can reports be generated from legacy Infomart deployments?

Any ideas or links to relevant information would be greatly appreciated!

ICON needs to be configured for this. Should populate respective tables in Infomart.

GCXI is of course optional but recommended as you have out of the box templates to work with (and GI2 is not supported anymore).
