Hi Trey, We have had this problem a few month ago. At last we have downgraded the Edges to a safe level wich has worked. After downgrading and rebooting the problem was solved. Hi Samuel, All our inactive people have kept the data and recordings, but cannot login. Inactive people are still on our active directory, but also disabled. You can still search for interactions ore make reports about inactive people. With deleted users i only can restore them in Purecloud, but ...

Hi Darryn, We have updated our edges to the latest release, but we don`t have any problems. Did you recieve warning during the update? After the update one of our edges displayed a health warning, but after rebooting twice the edge was operational. In the past we have had problems after updating ...
