Schedule Archival for UCS Main DB using UCS Manager:

Login to UCS Manager, Navigate to the Scheduled task on Main DB and perform the below steps.

1. Check ‘Archive’ radio button to perform Archival
2. Specify the records that have to be archived from ‘Records Older than’ –XXX: Hours, Days, Months, Years.
3. Select the archival Frequency – Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly
4. Set the Archival Time at Hour and Minute
5. Enable the schedule by checking the Activated check box
6. Save the Job by clicking the Save button.

Note: The UCS Manager doesn’t have to be open for the job to run.

The UCS logs should show that the Scheduled Job is enabled.

Disabling the Scheduler using UCS Manager:

1. Disable the schedule by un-checking the Activated check box
2. Click Save
