Hi there,
We are receiving a 401 error on POST /api/v2/webdeployments/token/oauthcodegrantjwtexchange request.
We're a bit stumped by the issue since it's working in the UAT environment, but not so for production. Can I please get some advice on how to resolve this?

Still facing the issue ? It so let me know.
Your best option is to test manually (using Https requests) the authentication mechanism. Then switch to the Genesys api if previous step is ok.

Based on the contextId provided earlier, I could see in logs that the token exchange is rejected by the authorization server with the following reason: invalid_grant Just to let you know.
