We are using the AD connector in PC, I have noticed the following errors occurring in the history of the connector and was advised by support to check with our bridge servers as something must of changed. There have been no changes on our servers and these errors continue. Its advising that the Get User Schema is failing for our domain does not exist or cannot be contacted.
Can someone assist to help us identify where possibly the connector is failing?
warn Bridge.Network.Auth 401 Unauthorized, returned by server. response={"reason": "Unauthorized", "code": 401, "detail": "Invalid or revoked auth key"}

As long as the connector re-authenticated successfully, this is normal behavior. This happens with the auth token to PureCloud times out. There is logic that re-authenticates and retries the failed operation when this happens.

You'll want to make sure that you've upgraded the ActiveDirectory Connector in the PureCloud admin UI as well.
