If you get 503 status service unavailable for a request. What is the recommended way to handle this ? Should it be treated the same as 504 and retry the request ? This is when the 503 happens infrequently.

Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate all 5xx errors; they cannot be investigated via the forum.
If a retry-after header is present, you may retry the request after the specified number of seconds.

the retry-after header applies to 503 status codes as well ? Is that documented somewhere ?
