Hi,
I am experiencing pretty frequent responses with 503 status code. I am using both Postman and the JavaScript SDK to access conversations via the Conversations / Analytics API and the Recordings API using client credentials Oauth flow (api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query and api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/recordings)
Are these endpoints rate limited - is it specific to me or might this be another issue?

Is this a problem you have been having for a while or just the past couple of hours?
If this problem just started there is an ongoing issue that may be related: https://status.mypurecloud.com/
If this problem has been going on for more than just today you should contact customer care. 5xx error codes can not be troubleshot in the Developer Forum.
