Hello,
Genesys mentioned that the SDKs are designed to handle 504 status from requests with a retry strategy. I'm wondering what kind of retry strategy is used or how it works ?

The SDKs do not automatically retry requests. The feature is in development, however. Keep an eye on the SDK's release notes in the next couple months.
