Hi,
I've been asked to investigate using Archy as an option for dealing with issues in our product that we can't resolve using the Java SDK. What is the process for getting access to the Archy beta?

Hello,
According to this recent post with similar request, you'll need to open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to request access.

For access to the Archy beta please email me your OrgID and I can get you set up (Justin.Campbell@Genesys.com)
Even when a support ticket gets opened, I get emailed with these beta requests.
