    Hello Team

    Can you please let me know why Advocate Ribbon is missing in my profile?

    Same email address is attached with advocacy program and it's not showing the Advocate Ribbon on my community profile. 

    Any one can guide me how to resolve it?

    Hello, Ajay

    You can open an admin case on Genesys Customer Care for profile validation, they may help you with this problem.

    Do I need to login into Genesys Customer Care and Open the Case?

    Hi Ajay,

    I believe you can request it via email. In Orchestrators, when I view the profile, I see this message:

    If you need to update any of your information, please contact customercare@genesys.com

    Hi Ajay,
     
    I had this issue with the Partner badge. It was only resolved after I opened a case with Customer Care. They made an adjustment and then I ended up with both badges: Advocate and Partner.
