    Hello,

    We have developed a custom app for the handling of email in Genesys Cloud. And we leaverage the Genesys Cloud Canned responses to be used in our app.

    However we seem to be having problems with the {{AGENTALIAS}} attribute not being filled in our app. the {{AGENTNAME}} attribute works fine though. We can confirm te value is set correctly since using the native email system of Genesys Cloud the Agent Alias is entered like expected.

    Having checked the API documentation there seems to be no way to retreive the alias attribute anywhere.

    Any thoughts or suggestions would be welcome!
