    Hey!

    I have run into a dead-end researching whether or how could I integrate Agent Assist with a language that isn't supported by the native voice transcription neither the Extended Voice Transcription Service.

    So I know that custom STT engines can be added to Genesys (for example, using Azure Cognitive Services) but can these engines be somehow used in Agent Assist? As far as I can tell, Agent Assist only lists native or EVTS as the possibilities when setting it up but I currently have no way of testing it.
