Hi Team, I am able to post a message to interactions using below code conversationsApi.postConversationsChatCommunicationMessages( sendMessageconversationId, communicationId, { 'body': message, 'bodyType': 'standard' } )
is there any similar function or work around to paste the message to agent interaction input box?
