Is there any way to get the online agent's private IP address?
Could it be an audit API? or through the CLI?

Genesys does not expose users' IP addresses.

Thank you for your answer.
Talking about the agents, is there any way to retrieve agent's working station private ip? We need to send a package to the agent station if the agent is online and logged in to genesys cloud, so, we think that through the private ip address would work.

Hi David,
You can see the data that can be retrieved about a user using GET /api/v2/users/{userId}. We don't expose agent's working station IP addresses.
