As part of my requirement to comply with the accessibility tests and to align with other web messengers that we are using, I have to open Webmessenger in a popup browser window while clicking on a launcher button/link. I have followed to the documentation to build my own launcher, but when the Webmessenger pops-up on a new browser window it doesn't align properly. Can I somehow align it to the top-left of the browser window? .

My second question, is there a way to change the height of the Webmessenger? This is how I want the Webmessenger to be look like. Aligned to the top left and occupying the size of the popup window.

Hi - we have not designed Messenger for "pop-out" mode, so we cannot anticipate if & how this might work. Messenger is designed to run on the main page of your website. You can probably play with HTML viewport to somehow emulate full-page layout as-if it was a mobile browser, see this older post > https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/mediaquery-used-in-web-messenger-component/16582/1
