Maybe you're using an old version of the SDK? AnalyticsConversation has a property OriginatingDirection.

If you haven't updated in a month, that's probably it. There have been 3 new versions since the package published a month ago.

Weird, I will do another nuget refresh and see what's up. The last refresh was Februarish from the records I have on this side...
