Are there any overloads on the ToAudio() Method that would allow as to force what language version of a prompt to play regardless of what language the flow is currently in?
This would be very helpful.

No. You would need to use the Set Language action, jump to another talk, play the prompt, use a Set Language action to switch back to the old language, jump to another task/menu and continue your flow.
