    Hi,

    We are tryig to use API '/api/v2/analytics/botflows/{botFlowId}/reportingturns' for finding some of our KPI. We have to pass botflowid for executing this API but in response this id is not captured seems to be bug. Can you please fix. We don't see any time interval in this API , will the response return current date data only ? If we need 1/2 day prior data how can we fetch it?

    Hello,

    I'd suggest you open a case with Genesys Cloud Customer Care to report your bug. Also, the endpoint returns all utterance history we have for a flow. The TTL on that data is 10 days. I hope that answers your question.

    Is it possible to add time interval in the api input and response .

    We saw there it's not there and we need time interval as currently this API returns conversation for current date but if we want to fetch data for 1/2 days prior it is not possible.

    Example below API has time interval /api/v2/analytics/flows/aggregates/query

    Hope you had great holidays. We have following issue with Reportingissue API.

    1. There is no date interval in request Parameters to fetch data for particular date.
    2. If we pass session id and botFlowId the historical record is not returing.

    3.The botFlowId is not captured in response.
