I have been searching the message boards and API documentation but am not finding a call that can be made to get the participants information on a call. Specifically I am looking to get the name of the participant on a call that went to an "Agent" for a conversation.
Does anyone know which API has this ability or is it something that has to be done with a custom query?

NM I found what I was looking for. Under teh UserAPI a call to GetUser can be made with a conversations Participants UserId not the participantId. That allows for the information to be pulled on the specific userid provided so I know who answered the call.
