Hi Team,
We are encountering some mismatch of values with the API out put compared to what it is there on the tool report. Is it there something we need to do on our side .

The most common cause is that your queries and/or calculations are different. Refer to the About reports, views, and dashboards Resource Center articles for documentation on those things. You can then compare that documentation with how you're calculating your data.

I am just comparing the raw data reads from the api for particular time period before doing any calculations on my end. Still I need to consider the article you shared?

Yes. If you intend to compare data from analytics queries with data in reports, you need to understand how the report is calculating the data it's displaying to be able to make a legitimate comparison.
