    Good afternoon,

I'm using the function: / api / v2 / conversations / {conversationId} / recordings to download a specific recording and the answer is Accepted, but it does not give a valid answer on the first try. If I run the API again if it gives a satisfactory response, this always happens with the same behavior pattern when trying to perform the download with a different conversation ID. Could you tell me if there is a problem with the API when trying to download a recording on the first try?

Hello Tim, we have done tests with the application that we developed in .Net and we have made at least 5 attempts to download recordings and we do not obtain satisfactory results. It seems that sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. Is there a guarantee that by using this API on the second attempt we will obtain satisfactory results? This is not what is currently happening to us.

What do you mean by "do not obtain satisfactory results" and "sometimes it works and sometimes it does not"? I'll need an actual description of the problem to be able to help. If you mean you get a 202 response, that is expected. You will get a 202 response until the recording is ready to be downloaded.

We have done tests with the application that we developed in .Net to download audio recordings in bulk and we have made at least 5 attempts to download recordings and we do not obtain satisfactory results, that is, we do not obtain downloads of any recording with audio. It seems that sometimes it works and sometimes it does not, that is to say, there are times when we execute the application and if it is downloaded after the second attempt and other times, although we run the application to download with several attempts, we can not download a recording. Is there any guarantee that when using this API in the second attempt we will obtain satisfactory results? This is not what is happening to us now.

I would like you to confirm if the attachment is true, I can not have a rank greater than 7 days?

    Becky_Powell | 2018-11-30 21:07:14 UTC | #9

You can apply an interval of up to seven days for queries with no filter. If the query uses a filter, you can apply an interval of up to 32 days.

Hi, I'm making some changes to the code for downloads using the api directly and not the libraries, but I have a problem when sending the query parameters to get the conversations, as you can see in the image I am returning an error 400 indicating that the search statement is not correct, maybe it can help me how can I send the search parameter?

    Regards,
