    here is my api call POST

    /api/v2/conversations/7cbe0eaa-e031-4831-910d-6d8995f5a52f/participants/3322283a-9243-499e-9a94-12e7fa5684ec/replace

    the body looks like this

    { "address": "1xxxxxxxxxx", "queueId": "a0d04576-c95c-45a9-bf2f-64e996956440"

    }

    I get a 202 accepted . But nothing happens

    Please open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate; once the request is accepted, it's up to the edge to handle placing the call. The Care team can investigate what your edge is doing.

    I have a virtual edge I dont think that is the issue. I can make this api call /api/v2/conversations/calls/{conversationId}/participants and it dials and connects to the conversation. but replace does not

    Ok, please open a case with Care to investigate. Once the API request has been accepted, it's up to the edge to place the call. Edge behavior cannot be investigated on the forum.
