Hi team,
I have a Twitter account linked to one of our client Org and need to be removed but unfortunately I found no API to handle such request, so Is there a way to delete the social account?

What are you trying to accomplish? If you want to stop tweets from being routed through queues you have a couple of choices. You can either revoke the authorization through Twitter or turn off live streaming: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/revoke-social-account-authorization/
If you want to accomplish something else, let me know.

I'm trying to remove social media account from PureCloud Org as shown below but there is no option from the UI nor in the API.

We don't provide a way to delete those but you can disable them the way I mentioned.
