Hi, when we check the performance view "API Usage" we found that Purecloud Data Action (POST /api/v2/conversations/callbacks) reach around 9 000 000 request in one week, which is huge number in comparaison with number of received calls. We use this callback API in In-Queue flow to invite callers to record callbacks. I don't why this number of API requests, do you have an idea ?
