    Hi,

    I have this case:

    If an agent does not successfully close a chat or callback (ACW timeout is unavailable) and logoff, the api / v2 / users / {userId} / routingstatus returns the agent interacting (then onqueue) even if it is not.

    Is it correct for you?

    Yes, because the agent is still interacting with a conversation even though they're not logged in.

    Hi Tim,

    i did not explain well, the agent closed Purecloud with logoff but the chat or the callback was hanging.

    What do you mean by "chat or the callback was hanging"? If a user logs out without completing a conversation, their routing status will remain unchanged because they did not finish their work.
