Hi,
I would appreciate if some one tell me which APIs are used for the following screens part of Performance analytics/section in Genesys Cloud UI. I am trying to understand the APIs to better leverage them part of custom work I am doing.
I tried looking for APIs which would provide me information for those screens, but having difficulty to find them.
- Surveys
- Outbound Campaings
- Scheduled Callbacks
- Intraday Monitoring
- Real-Time Adherence

The information for most views primarily comes from the Analytics APIs. Documentation on the meanings for fields/columns in reports, views, and dashboards can be found on the resource center here: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-reports-views-and-dashboards/.
