We're running the code thru Jupyter notebook. But we're getting 0 hits using this code.
But when me make the api hit from the Genesys portal for the same interval its returning data. We're making this request

Hello,
The OAuth Client you are leveraging (I assume an OAuth Client Credentials Grant client) you are using in your notebook is likely missing the necessary Divisions (check Roles in Step 8 of the link I referenced).
