/api/v2/authorization/divisionspermitted/paged/{subjectId} is marked as deprecated and from what I can see was due for removal in June 2020, however, it is still available and usable. Does anyone have any information on what the plans are for this API? As this API meets a specific need for our business.

From speaking to the appropriate team, we can't remove deprecated APIs if there's still usage, but we will warn that performance for that endpoint will go down if they use higher numbers of divisions. There's a new path we're developing but haven't publicly exposed, which should perform better
