    Hi,

    As the new functionality is released for agents to request ACW time, I see this action is called from the UI:

    As to today, I can not find any similar action in the SDK (Java nor .Net). Are there plans to add this function to the SDK's and if yes, when is this planned ?

    Wasn't in the original use cases to be able to submit such a thing on the agent's behalf, only for the agent's themselves to be able to do it, and I see nothing about it on the roadmap so you'll probably need to AHA it yourself with examples of how/why you need this.

    We are using this from a Premium APP and we would like the agent to request this from 'our' UI. By adding a toggle button, just like in the Genesys Cloud UI.

    In our Premium App, it would be an agents request, not a 'on behalf' request. We would like to add this (or similar):

    to our UI:

    Especially in Widget mode, you do not want an agent to switch between Cloud Conversation view and The Premium App view

    Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to report this missing endpoint. It looks like making it public was missed as part of the feature release.
