    Hi,

    Using /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/recordings to get the "Hold" annotation, we are not getting the hold annotation while the UI is displaying the star symbol in the sound wave:

    When I check in other conversations of a different Genesys account it does show in the UI and the api call returns the hold annotation object as expected.

    It maybe worthwhile to point out that the conversation that does not return the annotation object in the api call above does not record the time the customer spends in the queue while the conversation that returns the annotation object records the whole call including the queue time. Could this be the reason the annotation does not show on one and does on the other?

    Not sure why I'm getting it in one and not the other.
