I have a client who has noticed a significant number of API failures (receiving a 400 response) from this particular API. I understand that this API is an internal tool utilized by Genesys. However, I'm seeking guidance on how to ensure that this API consistently receives a 200 response instead of a 400.
I have two production orgs, each displaying different outcomes. In one org, all requests to the API pass with a 200 response, while in the other org, all requests result in a failure with a 400 response. This issue appears to be specific to the Authorized Applications linked to a custom app. Is there a certain scope or setting that needs to be added in order to resolve this issue and get a successful response?
Since this API is exclusively used by Genesys for tracking purposes and not accessed externally, I'm uncertain about the necessary steps to address this. Thanks

As this is not a publicly released endpoint, this discussion is not appropriate for the dev forum. If you have concerns with the base product, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care.
