Our PureCloud login is turned off and we use SSO. However once a while, we had issue with SSO and we would ask support to turn on PureCloud login for us. I would like to do it thru the API.
Is this the API endpoint that can enable PureCloud login?
/api/v2/identityproviders/purecloud
{ “name”:”” “disabled”:false }
Not sure what’s the parameter name for. Any help?

Apologies for the runaround from Care on this question. That is the correct resource to enable/disable PureCloud authentication. I believe all you need to send is the disabled property.
You can also do this via the UI: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/use-sso-instead-of-purecloud-login-credentials/
