Doing some work monitoring the Edge Server health for ourselves and some customers and noticed that the GET request to /api/v2/telephony/providers/edges always returns a conversationCount value of 0
I've replicated this on our edge & on 3 different customers' edges as well. Some are software Edges and some are hardware edges, always the same result.
On our test system I've had multiple active calls up while making the API Call and still always get a 0 retrurned
What is this value supposed to represent? What conditions should be meet to generate a value other than 0

This sounds like a bug with the edge not reporting the value correctly, not an issue with the API itself. Please open a ticket with PureCloud Support to investigate further.
