Happy April, my favorite community!

Since we had a tech-focused QOTM last month, we thought we'd have a little fun with this month's question, while still highlighting what you do everyday. So here goes:

If your contact center had a theme song, what would it be?

You can pick any song that comes to mind while you're doing your daily duties! What lyrics really sum it up - perhaps it's the attitude, or the tone of your workspace. Let us know and you'll earn this new profile badge:

I'll kick it off! For the Genesys Community, the theme song that comes to my mind is: The Beatles "With a Little Help from My Friends." I think you all know why...

For me its an oldie, "Final Countdown", because thats what it is for our competitors as we look forward to dominating the AI powered experience orchestration space!

I'll take an easy one off the board; Dolly Parton's 9 to 5! (Although our hours often exceed a traditional 9-5 workday) The lyric "It's enough to drive you crazy if you let it" can definitely apply to IT folks day to day tasks. Pouring yourself a cup of ambition helps! Thankfully, Genesys prevents the song from being Led Zeppelin's Communication Breakdown :)

If our contact center had a theme song, I'd go with "Under Pressure" by Queen & David Bowie. Between call volumes, SLAs, and solving customer issues, the lyrics feel pretty relatable! But just like the song suggests, teamwork is what helps us get through the pressure every day.

I'd choose "High On Life" by Martin Garrix.
I'm also a huge Martin Garrix fan, so this one was an easy choice for me.
For me, it reflects the energy of working in CX: fast-paced, challenging, but also rewarding when people come together to create better experiences every day.

It would actually be fun to create a playlist with all the songs people share in this thread. I'd definitely listen to that.

Mine has to be "All the Small Things" by Blink-182.

Because in this job, it really IS all the small things. One misconfigured flow, one missed routing rule, one API call off, and suddenly everything is on fire. But when all those small things are dialed in perfectly, customers get seamless experiences without ever knowing how much was running in the background. That's the win.

Also, "Late night, come home / Work sucks, I know" 😂 but honestly, that's what makes the wins feel even better when everything comes together!

Here in Brazil, the most iconic piece of music that everyone recognizes is Beethoven's "Für Elise."

We use gas cylinders at home to fuel our stoves, and street vendors drive around selling them from vehicles playing this music.

So everyone knows that gas cylinder vendors are nearby, even if they don't know who composed the music.(Many companies usually use as hold music too) Although I really like Beethoven, I prefer rock and roll like "Backbird" as music to listen to while waiting.

Being at Xperience London yesterday and today I'm going with the theme from Friends, "I'll be there for you". When I was working with Genesys Engage, the client set up a song in CCPulse when some metrics were reached.
