Hi Everyone,
We found this tutorial for bulk delete/export of recordings on the developer's website: https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/massive-archiveddate-change-for-recordings/12494
We tested the nodejs script and got satisfactory results. We found that this tutorial could also work for changing the storage from available to archive.
The script has an action variable which is part of the function recordingApi.postRecordingJobs. However, this variable value is limited to EXPORT and DELETE.
We wonder if there is any chance to integrate a value to change the recordings storage from available to archived.
Moving recordings from available to archived as a bulk action would be useful and help organizations to accomplish this data movement without incurring in rate limits API and resources consumption.

I think the tutorial you are referring to is this one.
Glad it worked for you. As for your requests to integrate a value to change the recording storage from available to available; I would recommend you take a look at our Ideas portal. If you see your idea already there you can vote for it otherwise you can create an idea. The product managers look at this portal on a regular basis and use it to help drive feature requests. Here is the link to the Ideas portal.
