Hello,
I have a question over exporting the CSV of different view types. Currently I can send a request to get a csv delivered to an email address. I would like to be able to download that csv directly to my local computer. I've noticed that the file has a download url (region/api/v2/downloads/id). Is there a way to grab the file directly from a location so I am able to download it?
Thank You

Yes, once you get the S3 URL of the file, you can use whatever means you wish to download the file.

I am getting access denied error. This message shows when I go to this url that I get viewing my exported reports. https://api.usw2.pure.cloud/api/v2/downloads/downloadid
"Access denied for my_userid for document s3://reporting-export-service-prod-usw2/reporting/exports/organizations/organizationid/filename.csv.","code":"access.denied"
Is there a role/permission a user account needs to get this csv?

All downloads are protected by permissions. Typically if you generate an export to download, you can access the download. If you're unsure what permissions you require, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care and they can investigate your specific data to determine why your access is being denied.
