    Hi everyone 👋

    In a session this week, I learned that the Ask Me Anything bot on the Genesys Orchestrator page can handle billing queries and route them directly to the right team - which was news to me!

    It got me thinking…

    For those of you who've used it:

    👉 What types of questions have you asked that worked really well?
    👉 Any specific phrasing that got you faster or clearer responses?
    👉 Have you a recommendation topic to discuss with the bot?

    Would love to hear your tips, examples, or even "lessons learned" so we can all get more value from it.

    Great post - thanks Dan for sharing!

    I have used this to raise a billing query just recently - was very easy to use and regular updates are shared by email on the progress.
