Hi there,
I have a question. I had an application where I had integration it with BoldChat before. There I had users and let's say each user could have been assigned some task/tickets (emails with subject and body). Can I achieve the same on the PureCloud. I see, we have Conversations here, but that could mean Chat/Chat History right? How can i assign an user with multiple task/tickets (or let's say a user is assigned with multiple emails to do something)?

It sounds like maybe you're looking for Third Party Email and Chat Routing, where you're handling all aspects of the chat in a 3rd party solution and just using PureCloud for ACD routing.
