    Hello,

    I'm new to Genesys and I'm looking to utilize the Genesys API to retrieve the following information: start of interval, end of interval, completed interval, filters, media type, agent ID, agent name, division ID, division name, email, with response, processing, average processing time, average conversation duration, average wait time, average follow-up after call, average contact duration, total processing, total conversation duration, total follow-up duration after call, on hold, transferred, outgoing, alert, total alert duration, % transfers, average processing duration.

    There are many endpoints listed in the Genesys documentation, and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. Could you please assist me by advising on which endpoints I should use to obtain this information? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    It sounds like you're generally trying to get information about conversations. A good place to start is Analytics. There are several different query endpoints you can use to get several different kinds of analytics information.
