Hello, We use the following request to retrieve recordings from the Genesys Cloud:/api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/recordingsSince we record in stereo, we also get 2 URLs back for the MediaUrls. Is it ensured that for inbound calls "1" is always the agent and "0" the customer? Or vice versa for outbound calls?
